Ed I think you need to extend the background info to include things like the number of employees, office hours, the type of building and interior design. You also need to add some information about your client. On your situation and brief slide you just need situation, brief and intial spcification. You could add some relevant images to fill out the page. Add an explanation to your time plan to say why you did nit and how it will help you. Your research plan must be much more detailed you need to add that you will research the office and drink making facilities by taking photos and measurements. Tell me what type of products you will analyse and where you will find them. You need to add and interview of your client to the plan and also a questionnaire for the employees. Add materials and be specific about which materials you will need to research and how you will find out about them. Add thsat you will need to research the cups and their dimensions.
